Hi, everyone

here it is now in the winter really with lower temperture. But for me lived in northin China, where it has been cold in the winter, I have already used to lived in cold conditions. So since I have come to Nanjing city of China, I have notbeen weared heavy clothes before the last winter.

Today I came to University at noon, for I had got to a lesson to have. but when I hurried to the dorm, my roonmate told me the lesson is cancled. In fact, I also hope so. So I went to bed, because I was very tired. After woke up, I washed my hair and then went to lab.

In the evening, one of my classmates trusted me for dinner because she gained fee from invigilating for teachers. So we went to restaurant outside of University and ordered "suan cai yu" and "di san xian". they were tasty. after dinner, we came back the Lab, repectively.

She was always happy inthis term, perhaps because she made a boyfriend last term. Everytime I looked her happy smile, I also felt happy as I met my boyfriend first like.

I hope that A GOOD MAN WILL HAVE A SWEET DREAM!

I have not come here for a long time. In recent two month, I have been busy with read books and some thesis and dissertations about architecture. becuse I will have to complete my dissertation after one year.Although I have read many, I feel I have enough confidence to investgate the conditions of traditional dwellings in chosen region. Before I had never learned about the knowledge of architecture, and now I have to start learning from the basic knowledge. My research is the thermal, acoustic and illuminous environmentsof traditional houselocated in Northwest inChina. I have realized I will confront many difficulties during writing dissertation, but I have to finish it on time before I will proceed to the next work-----to work or to further my study for gain Ph.D. So I must work hard every minute.

And I hope I will do it well.

Although yesterday has become one of the history, I still feel it is near to me. Mid-autumn Day is a traditional festivalby Lunar calendar in China. the Day is one of important one in the mind of Chinese----because it symbolizes "unity" between intimate people, especally a family memeber. In general, in the day people meet family member and intimate friends in their spare time and eat Moon cake greeting their recent matterinvolving work and family and so on. but another thing is to enjoy the moon together ----the moonin that nightis brighter and circler if having no clouds in the sky. this Day Originates to an old Fable......

If those people who have no time to meet their parents and friends tend to send massges by mobile phone or call them for sending their blessing. In a sum, all people nearlyare in thegood mood surrounded by many blessingand greeting from their friends and family member.

If everyone in the worldhavegood mood every day as the people in Chinain the Mid-autume Day, he or she willlive longer and perhaps all of the unhappy things willdisappear in the clouds.

So GOOD MOOD isvery important for us."笑一笑,十年少" 就是这个道理.

Hi,everyone

It was a raining and cold day here. After taking care of my baby, I have to come to our NUIST to write my graduating athesis this week. He has been ill, maybe because he could not fit in with the life in the Kindergarten. I really hope he will adapt the life, because I will centralize in my research.

I took part in, as a audience, an international academic conference organized by College of Environmental Science and Engineering inour universityfrom 20 to 21 of May. This is my first time to attend the international conference. The conference focused on global climatechanging Ten professors gave their speeches about this topic. Two of them are from foreign country; one is from Japan, the other is from North Korea, and the others are from other Chinese universities.
Although I was really well-known their speeches, I also learn many things from them such as how to think a problem? how to look for a method? and how to solve it? And so on.

I am a mother, but I forgot my own festival because I am busy with other matters. Of course, I also forgot saying happy Mother's Day to my own mother on the Mother's Day. I am sorry, mother. I am not a good daughter.

I did not really recognize the responsibility of a mother until I became a mother. Now I thoroughly understood a mother's duty to raise a baby.

My son is more than two years old now, he can speak. Now his grandma must take care of him and also play with him. And at the same time, his grandma reads stories to him and teaches him the Chinese words in the daytime. In the evening his daddy teaches him some English words after work.

To teach a baby is an industrious work, because a baby has his own mind to do something, sometime he doesn't obey your orders. So the teacher always should be attempting to cultivate a love to a matter in terms of his own love. As to a baby, he is curious about the world around him. And he has a strong copying ability; so the family member must do daily things well at home to set up a good example. In addition, he has not a sense of danger, so his nurses must be very careful in case some incidents will be happened.

April 26, 2007

Good morning, everyone. In the morning, I memorized a paragraph of text in the NEW CONCEPT ENGLISH. "We have been brought up to fear insects. We regard them as unnecessary creatures that do more harm than good. We continually wage war on them, for they contaminate our foods, carry diseases or devour our crops. They sting or bite without provocationthey fly uninvited into our rooms on summer nights, or beat against our lighted windows. We live in dread not only of unpleasant insects like spiders or wasps, but of quite harmless ones like moths. Reading about them increases our understanding without dispelling our fears. Knowing that the industrious ants lives in a highly organized society does nothing to prevent us from being revulsion when we found hordes of them crawling a carefully prepared picnic lunch. " I decide I will insist on memorization and writing in the followed day to make my dream come true early.

Time is flying. In recent days, I have not written my diary because my mind has been on my son. He has been ill since last Saturday. But now he has recovered from illness. During his illness, our familiesworried about him; I also have not come back to university. Hence I have not listened to VOA special English since last week. Today I again listened to the program thatI like very much, but I found my listening became worse than before. So as a foreigner who study English,he must be persistent in it every day. Now I am practicing with the way of dictating every sentence I heardin the VOA. I must work onhard to practice.

Today my mind was always blank. At noon, I watched Wen Jiabao's speech, Chinese Premier , who is now visiting Japan. From his speech, I reviewed the historybetween China and Japan again. In history, the activity of Japan invading China made Chinese people suffered many sorrows in physical and economical. On the contrary, the friendly Chinese people raised many Japanese orphans after war, and tried to look for their own parents; At last, many of them were sent to their motherland. However, what did Japanese people do for Chinese? It was nothing. Although those hurt have been planted in Chinese minds, every people in CHINA always love peace and hope two country will jointly develop in cooperating and harmonious manner based on former friendship. I think all of the people in the worldhope we will have peaceful surroundings to live.

In the class tonight, my teacher told us a good news that she has been admitted to get a Ph.D degree in Nanjing normal university. But her experienceof preparing for the entrance examination is so hard. Because she has a new baby needed to take care, at the same time, she has to give her class every week. Therefore, when she was informed to be a doctoral student she was very excited with warm tear falling down from her cheeks.
In fact, every people are very not easy to live in this world. In China, owing to many population, peoplehave more burdens on them. If you don't work hard to promote yourself, you will bedismissed from your working field, even losing job. In recent decade, theenrollmentto colleges and universities has expendingincreasingly. Each year there are many graduates who needwork; but so few of work positions were provided to meet so many jobneeds. In order to escape present disadvantage conditions, some graduates choose to study further that makes them having temporary 'accommodations' andthey hope they will be able to look for a good job for themselves one day in the light of higher degree.
However, the reality tells us the matter is not simple and easy as we think. I think the family policy should be carried out before itthreatens the livelihood of people.

After breakfast, all of myfamily went to a park where itis far from our house. The April in Nanjing is suitable for tour due to the warmer weather, so nearly all people who have free time are always fond of touching the nature and feeling the odor of the spring. Although recently the weather in China has been abnormal, that is to say, it was suddenly warmer and suddenly colder. However it had warmer sunshine and softbreeze, the real spring fell downon earth. So we felt very happy and free in the whole travel, especially the giggle from my son which made us to forget fatigue. Whenever he saw slopes, he liked to walk upon and ran down with laughs. It seems that he was the happiest guy in the park. Since I had a baby, I feel the responsibility to raise him , it was aheavy duty, at the same time, I really feel happy as a mother.

I am so bored today because a trifle happened to me. I hope I will forget it in short time. Everyone should have many targets including short-term and long-term in different phrases of life. Forget those trifle that let you annoyed sometimes. You should look at future though those small matters bothering you at that time. Your dream is a light to lighten your further road

I havn't made a phone call to my parents for several weeks because I am busy with my study. Today thinking of the happy past time,I telephoned my mother at7 o'clock in the evening. But nobody answered me at all that mademe gloomy. So I had to call my elder sisterto understand the condition of them.An ominous feeling has poured into my mind that something must be wrong with one of my parents. When the line is connected, an immediate voice come up to mefrom that end of the telephone: "hello, who are you? Whom will you want to?" I quickly realized the voice was from my elder nephew. "It is me, your youngest aunt" answered I. "what had happenedto your family or your grandparents" I asked. He said so slowly, "my grandmother was illfor many days and she was kept in bed; she has to go to hospital". I now realized the tracheitisof my motherattacked her again. Perhaps this is affection sensation. That is to say, under no conditions of hints, both of counterparts could feel situations happenedto another. I really hope my mother will recover as quickly as possible.

It is nothing specialtoday. But there is a thingannoying me--------I don't knowhow to deal with the soical relationship. Some like to please others when they need them immediately; but in daily life, they have never contacted with so called common friends. Others, however, are fond of running theirinteraction in daily life by spending much precious time and limited energy; in general, this type of people have many best friends and classify their friends indifferent grades andtreat them in different ways. In a word, the latter are social and external; the former lack this kind of gift in nature. Nowadays the entire society is alarge social net; every one is a little blot in this larger net. So you may become a bigger blot surrounded by other small ones as long as you properlydeal with yourothers around you.

Itis a weekend again. So I shall go home and unite with my family members tonight. In this season it is suitable for tour though the wind is stronger than that inother seasons. Hence my sisters and brothers in my class are going to climb Zhongshan Mountain in Pink Mountain region tomorrow. I really want to go there with them, but now I decide not to do that. The reasons for it are two: for one thing, I have gone there many times before; and anotheris, Ishould do some washing at home and play with my baby. In fact, I do like to play with my dear classmates becausethe opportunity is so rare.
